We work to reconnect teens to their families, their schools and their communities.

Mission Statement

Project Re-Connect is an Oakland based 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization committed to the overall health, safety and well being of youth and families involved in the Alameda County juvenile justice system.

Who we are

Project Re-Connect is a non-profit counseling program to assist “at risk” to “high risk” youth ages 12 to 18 years who are referred by the Juvenile Justice System. The primary goal of Project Re-Connect is to facilitate the functioning of the youth in their home, society and school. This program addresses the need of parents and children in developing strategies that prepare them for making positive life changes; and to divert these “high risk” youths from further involvement with the Juvenile Justice System.
