Project Reconnect is...

A non-profit counseling program to assist “at risk” to “high risk” youth ages 12 to 18 years who are referred by the Juvenile Justice System.

Reconnecting Families ONE step at a time

Through family group counseling sessions, workshops, parenting classes and youth activities, the agency works to re-connect at-risk East Bay youth to their families, communities and schools.

We are unique in that we counsel the teen and the parent individually, in addition to the family as a whole, so that we are better able to personalize our services to each family.

Our mission is simple, yet profound: We are committed to the overall health, safety and well-being of youth and families in Oakland and surrounding cities. We work with the youth and the parent individually, as well as the family as a whole, in order to better tailor our services to each family.

Project Re-Connect has had the privilege of serving over 1,800 families to date
